Brooklyn’s Best Marinade

Black Angus Marinate with Sportsmans Choice or Brooklyns Best Marinade

INGREDIENTS:
NATURALLY BREWED SOY SAUCE (WATER, WHEAT, SOYBEANS, SALT), SESAME OIL, GARLIC GRANULES, POWDERED GINGER, ONION POWDER, BLACK PEPPER, CAYENNE PEPPER, XANTHAN GUM, CITRIC ACID

ABOUT BROOKLYN’S BEST MARINADE:
Our Company came to be when the demand for our homemade marinade became too large to produce in our family kitchen. Friends, family and everyone who tried our cooking secret immediately became a fan. After repeated recommendations from our fans, we finally decided to offer our marinade to the public. Our family recipe is now yours to enjoy. You won’t be disappointed.

GRILL COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Use sparingly and place on food to be grilled just before cooking. No need to marinade for any length of time. Pour it on and place on Grill. For a more intense flavor brush or use cooking utensil to baste. Remember to use sparingly.

Black Angus Marinate with Sportsmans Choice or Brooklyns Best MarinadeENHANSEMENT:
If you like to prepare ahead and wish to marinade for any length of time (we recommend for not more than one hour) you may dilute Brookklyn’s Best with a beer of you choice and place food back in the refrigerator prior to cooking. Then follow the Grill instructions using the diluted marinade for basting.

GARNISH:
Coarsely chop green onion (scallions) and/or cilantro. Sprinkle garnish on top when cooking is complete and serve. Garnish adds color and flavor and works excellent on meat, chicken or fish.

SALMON MICROWAVE RECIPE:
Place salmon fillet in a glass microwave dish skin side down. Baste fillet with a thin coating of marinade. Cook covered on high until fish flakes with a fork. Cooking time may vary depending on your microwave. Cook time is approximately 10 minuets per pound.
